Owners Jeff Chaisson and Josh Michaud — also IT consultants helping revitalize downtown — opened Ambition in Wilton (population 4,116) seven years after first hatching the plan. The L-shaped bar made from old doors anchors a snug taproom on Main Street with English ales, lagers, and the best-selling Stop. Hammock Time cream ale. Karaoke, comedy, and open mic nights spill into the adjacent community room.
