Broad Arrow Farm Market & Butcher is an independent food business based in Midcoast Maine. The Bristol farm raises heritage-breed pigs, poultry, and sheep on pasture and silvopasture across the Pemaquid Peninsula using regenerative methods, and operates a whole-animal butcher and on-site charcuterie program led by chef Jeremy Hardcastle. Founded by Dan and Maggy Sullivan with co-owner Anna Hymanson, the farm sells through 20-plus Maine restaurants and butcher shops; the on-farm market and Rooting Pig charcuterie bar are closed for renovation through summer 2026.
