Founded in 2011 by Chresten Sorensen and Jay Villani (owner of Local 188 and Sonny's), Bunker has been pouring "LIBBYTOWN's Finest Ales & Lagers" since 2012 from a tucked-away taproom at 17 Westfield Street. The lineup leans heavily on lagers — Machine Pilsner, Salad Daze IPL, Cypher IPL, Bunktoberfest Märzen — alongside Libbytown Brown, Terrarium IPA, and rotating sours.
