Heather and Mike Holland operate this small family brewery on a 72-acre farm in Pittsfield, brewing almost exclusively with Maine-grown ingredients including malts from Blue Ox Malthouse and hops from The HopYard. Founding members of the Northeast Grainshed. The downtown taproom features cozy heated cabins; the farm raises pasture-raised poultry, pork, and grass-fed beef alongside the beer.
