The Red Pony took over the former Cork & Rind / Alice & Lulu space on Main Street at Sugarloaf in Carrabassett Valley, opening as a moody, low-lit apres-ski bar with craft cocktails and Asian-inspired small plates. The menu reads ramen, steamed buns, and slider-style bites paired with serious cocktails — a miso espresso martini has become an early signature. The room aims for cozy: warm music, dim lighting, and a chill vibe pitched at skiers thawing out after a day on the mountain. New as of this past ski season and already drawing a following among Loafers and mountain regulars.
