Maine's first MOFGA-certified organic brewery, started in 2018 by Kyle DePietro and Angela Trombley at Tarbox Farm on Westport Island. Spent grain feeds the farm's pigs; the farm's organic strawberries, ginger, basil, and hops feed the beer. Almost all production is saisons and farmhouse ales — Jordbaer (strawberry), Hop Barn (estate-grown Cascade), and bottle-conditioned Bisquitte are signatures.
