Bill Stinson's home-brewing experiments since 1987 grew into this 3-barrel nano-brewery in Union, which began commercial production in 2018 between Seven Tree Pond and Crawford Pond. The taproom — anchored by house dog Barley — pours porters, brown ales, ambers, and blondes alongside experimental seasonals. Uproot Pizza brings their oven Thursday nights in summer.
