Tim and Joy Bueschen left corporate life in 2016 to start a goat dairy in the Maine Highlands; the brewery followed in 2018. Tim brews balanced, sessionable ales drawing on six years living in Munich. The earth-battery greenhouse tasting room serves beer alongside house-made goat cheese and bratwurst, with the goats wandering over to greet visitors.
