Definitive Brewing was formed in 2017 by a group of friends and family all with ties to Lake Cobbosseecontee in Manchester, ME. To many, 'Definitive' means to reach a conclusion decisively and with authority. At Definitive Brewing we encompass this meaning as we strive to make amazing beer, continually innovating, determined to make each batch better than the last. At our flagship location on the legendary Industrial Way in Portland, we converted a scaffolding company into our production brewery and tasting room. Across the street from Allagash, we are in the heart of Portland's beer mecca. Our second location is in Maine's southernmost town, Kittery. Our third location is featuring the Phoenix Kitchen at Sunday River Resort.
