Siren and Sailor held its grand opening Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 7 Main Street in Bar Harbor, adjacent to sister business Frenchman Bay Lobster Rolls. Owners Kelly and Phil Corson (also of The Travelin' Lobster and Frenchman Bay Lobster Rolls) built it as a community gathering spot to keep Bar Harbor alive through the off-season, planning to run April through January and aiming for year-round if staffing permits. The menu spans upscale cocktails and elevated scratch food with hearty offerings beyond their usual lobster-focused fare. April weekend soft openings preceded the grand opening.
