Husband-and-wife Heidi and Kenny Chestnut opened Henny's in September 2025 at 87 Brackett Street in Portland's West End, in the former OhNo Café space. The 22-seat café serves quick, fresh breakfast and lunch daily — pancakes, waffle sandwiches like the Mill Stack (fried egg, bacon, blackberry jam, cheddar on house-made waffles), eggs benedict variations, biscuits and gravy, and signature lunch sandwiches including a samosa grilled cheese carried over from the couple's Ghee food truck. Bread comes from Big Sky and coffee from Carrabassett. Heidi grew up in Farmingdale; Kenny moved to Portland from North Carolina in 2012 after kitchen-managing at The Boundary House in Calabash.
